Once you have planned a week of content, it is hard to tell from a list whether two posts have landed on top of each other on Saturday. Calendar view places every scheduled and published item onto a grid of days and hours, and you change an item's time by dragging its card to another slot. This guide covers every part of the grid and the rules behind moving.
⚠️ Note: Every role can see the calendar, but moving a card needs the publishing permission. For the agent and viewer roles cards cannot be dragged and the Move link is not drawn.
The title is still Posts, with the description "Scheduled posts. Drag a card onto another slot to change its time." The back link returns to My profile.
Four buttons sit to the right of the title:
You can tell which view you are in because that button is drawn filled.
A grid of seven day columns and 24 hour rows. The week starts on Monday. Hour labels (00:00 to 23:00) run down the left side. The whole day is drawn so that an item scheduled for midnight is visible too.
Today's column is written bold and highlighted in the header.
Every day of the month sits as a day box; there is no hour row. All the items on a day are listed one under another inside that day's box. It is the right view for seeing a busy month at a glance.
In both views the grid scrolls horizontally on narrow screens; on a phone you swipe left and right to move between days.
Every item is drawn as a small card showing three things: the cover, the hour and the first 60 characters of the caption. With no caption, the type name (Reels, Carousel…) is written instead.
The calendar shows both scheduled and published items. A published item sits at the moment it went out and cannot be moved.
If there is no item in the range you chose, "No scheduled posts in this range." appears under the grid.
On a computer the fastest way to change an item's hour is dragging.
The item moves to that slot's day and hour, and its status in the list becomes Scheduled. A move counts as a fresh attempt: any old error note and waiting period are cleared, and the item runs from the start when its time comes.
⚠️ Note: Slots in month view have no hour. When you move a card to another day, the item keeps its own hour: a post scheduled for 09:00 stays at 09:00 on the new day instead of quietly dropping to midnight.
Dragging does not work on phones and tablets. For that reason every movable card carries a Move link underneath it.
To back out, tap the Cancel link on the same card; nothing changes.
Moves are checked on the server and can be refused. When that happens the card stays where it was and the reason is written on screen.
Both show the same items but answer different questions.
To edit, cancel or delete an item, go to the Queue list; the calendar only changes the hour.
Day and hour slots are calculated in the account's time zone. That is what makes the same item appear at the same hour in both the calendar and the list. Your browser's or the server's time zone may differ; the panel always uses the account's.
When you change the account's time zone, the actual moment of scheduled items does not change; only their position on the calendar is redrawn in the new zone.
A florist is planning Mother's Day week. Switching to Month view, they look at the week and see two posts landing on the same day, at 10:00 and 11:00. They tap Move under the second one and tap the next day's box; the post moves to the following day at its own hour (11:00). Then they switch to Week view and confirm the days are evenly spread.
If you get an unexpected warning while moving, see My post is stuck in the queue or contact our Support team.
