You want to see, on one screen, which plan you are on, when it renews, how much you will pay and which quota is close to full. The tab carries all of that, but it spreads the information across four blocks. This guide walks through every box and every button in order.
Plan
⚠️ Note: This screen shows your own plan only. You cannot see or change the plan of a portfolio whose team you are on. In a "view as user" session no billing action is possible at all; the buttons are drawn but the action is refused.
In this article you will find:
How to reach the screen
The notice boxes at the top of the page
The "Your plan" block
The "Limits" block
The "AI credits" block
The "Plans" block and the plan cards

How to reach the screen
Open My user settings from the user menu at the top right.
Tap Plan and invoices.
The page has four tabs: Plan, Credits, Billing details, Orders. The first one, Plan, is already selected.
The Credits tab is not always there: it is only drawn if your current plan includes AI. If you cannot see the tab, your plan does not cover AI.
The notice boxes at the top of the page
Just under the tabs sit boxes that appear only under certain conditions. Each one calls you to an action.
An order awaiting payment. It reads "Order awaiting payment: {number} · {amount}"; tapping the number opens the order. Beside it are a Pay button and the order's last payment day ("Can be paid until {date}."). If it is not a renewal order, a Cancel button appears too; renewal orders cannot be cancelled by hand, the system manages those.
Account deletion warning. If you have scheduled your user account for deletion, a yellow box says so. While that is pending you cannot buy a plan, start a payment or change plans; you have to cancel the deletion first.
The "Your plan" block
This block is the state of your subscription. Tap the heading to collapse or expand it.
Depending on your situation, information boxes appear at the top:
The next period is paid — a green box: "The next period is paid; your subscription is valid until {date}." It appears when you have paid a period early.
A scheduled change — "You will move to the {plan} ({monthly/yearly}) plan on {date}." The Undo button beside it cancels the change. If you have already paid for that period, Undo is not drawn: the plan you paid for will apply.
Subscription ending — a yellow box: "Your subscription ends on {date} and you will move to the free plan." The Undo cancellation button beside it keeps the subscription running.
Below them come the information rows:
Plan — the name of your current plan, in bold.
Status — a Trial, Active, Payment due or Canceled badge.
Trial ends — only if you have a trial date.
Billing period — Monthly or Yearly.
Current period — start and end date. If you paid for the next period early, the end shown is the start of that paid period.
Next payment — date and amount. Under it, in small type, how the payment will be taken: "Charged automatically to your saved payment method." or "Paid with a payment link; we email it to you before the period ends."
If the amount cannot be calculated, only the date is shown. If you have cancelled your subscription this row is replaced by Ends on; if you have not cancelled but the amount is unknown, it reads Renews on.
If you have no subscription at all, these rows are replaced by the plan name, the note "You don't have your own plan yet." and a New portfolio button.
At the very bottom of the block, if you have a running paid period and have not already cancelled, sits the Cancel subscription button. The details are in Cancelling a subscription and refunds.
The "Limits" block
Under the small LIMITS heading is a grid of six boxes. Each one carries a counter's name and value.

The two per-portfolio counters show no usage, because each portfolio's usage is different; you read those portfolio by portfolio on the My portfolios page. A counter with no ceiling reads Unlimited.
AI credits are not in this grid; they have their own block right below it.
The "AI credits" block
If your plan does not cover AI, this block holds a single line: "AI is not included in your plan." If it does, these rows appear:
This month — "{used} / {total} credits". If your plan's credits are unlimited it reads "{used} credits · unlimited".
Extra credits — the extra credits you have left, with the note "They never expire and are used after your plan credits run out."
Platform AI — how many credits the replies produced with the platform's keys used this month.
Your own keys — shown only if a reply was produced with your own key this month: how many replies and how many credits.
Below the rows is the note "Your plan credits renew on {date}." If you used your own key, a blue information box also states how many credits each reply took from your plan.
If buying extra credits is open on your plan and a pack is on sale, a Buy extra credits button closes the block and takes you to the Credits tab.
The "Plans" block and the plan cards
The block opens with a Monthly / Yearly switch. The green badge beside Yearly states the saving: a single clear value such as Save 20% or 2 months free if every plan saves the same, or Save up to 25% if they differ.
If you are in a trial, the note "If you buy before your trial ends, the remaining trial days are added to your first period." appears under the switch.
Every plan card carries, in order: the plan name, a short description, the price, a note under the price such as / month · VAT incl., then on the yearly tab a saving badge with Save X a year and X per month, and finally the list of all seven limits.
If the card reads Free instead of a price, that is the free plan. If it reads Contact us, no price has been entered for that plan in the currency you selected.
What the button at the bottom of the card means
The button changes according to the relationship between your plan and that card:
Current plan badge — you are on this plan and this period right now.
Buy — you have no paid period; this plan is a new purchase for you.
Upgrade — a higher plan. You move to it as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Switch to yearly — same plan, monthly to yearly. It counts as an upgrade and applies immediately.
Renew early — the period end is near; you can renew the same plan now.
Renew — the period has ended and payment is due.
Switch at period end — a lower plan, or yearly to monthly. Tap it and the panel asks for confirmation, naming the date.
Switching at period end badge — you have already scheduled that switch.
There are also cases with no button at all: a plan with no price, and manual renewal on subscriptions the payment provider runs with its own subscription product. In the second case the card stays marked Current plan, because the provider handles renewal itself; manual renewal is not offered so the same period is never charged twice.
Common mistakes
Looking for the plan in portfolio settings. There is no plan in portfolio settings. The old addresses (subscription, billing and order pages under a portfolio) redirect you to this screen.
Expecting "Upgrade" and seeing "Switch at period end". A move to a lower plan is never applied mid-period, and yearly to monthly is always at period end.
Reading the usage in a limit box as one portfolio's. The contact, automation and media storage counters are the total across all your portfolios.
Hunting for the Credits tab. If your plan does not cover AI, the tab is not drawn at all.
Assuming extra credits replace plan credits. Extra credits are only used once your plan credits are gone.
If a counter or a date on the screen is not what you expected, see The payment could not be taken or contact our Support team.
