The Orders screen
The columns in the orders list, the type label under the order number, the four status badges and what the list is good for.

On this page
"What did I pay last month, which order is still pending, when was that upgrade?" Every one of those answers is on the Orders tab. The screen keeps the ledger of every payment attempt you have made in {{brand.name}}. This guide explains every column and badge in the list.
Opening the screen
- Open My user settings › Plan and invoices.
- Tap the Orders tab.
- The title reads Orders and the line under it "Your orders, payment status and the agreements you accepted with each order."
If you have never created an order, the list says "No orders yet." That is normal during a trial or if you have only ever used the free plan: an order exists only once you start a purchase.
The list shows your orders only. Orders belonging to the owners of portfolios whose team you are on do not appear here.
The columns in the table
The table has four columns.
Order no. The order's number, as a link. Tapping it opens the order detail. Right under the number, in small type, is what you bought:
- For a credit pack, the pack's credit count (for example "5,000 AI credits").
- For a plan order, the type of change: New purchase, Renewal or Upgrade.
That sub-label makes the list easy to read: between two orders of the same amount you can see at a glance which was the first purchase and which a renewal.
Date. The date the order was created, not the payment date. When the payment was taken is on the Paid on row of the order detail.
Amount. The order's total in the order's currency. It is the final figure, with discounts and unused time credit deducted and VAT added. If you have paid in different currencies in different periods, you may see different symbols in the list; that is normal, each order carries its own currency.
Status. The order status, as a badge.
What the order statuses mean
- Awaiting payment — the order is open and payment has not been taken. These orders also appear as a notice box at the top of the Plan tab and carry a last payment day.
- Paid — the payment was confirmed and the order's effect (plan, period or credits) has been applied.
- Canceled — the order was dropped because you cancelled it, it expired, or a new order replaced it. You paid nothing.
- Refunded — the amount paid has been returned to you.
Seeing several Canceled orders for the same period is not a worry. When a new order is opened, one waiting at the old price is dropped; that safeguard stops it being paid later and pulling your plan backwards.
Moving between pages
Below the list are Previous and Next buttons with a "Page N / M" indicator. Orders are sorted newest to oldest; your most recent order is always on the first page.
The page number is kept in the address bar, so you can copy a particular page's address and bookmark it. How many rows a page holds is a platform setting; the list has no filter or search box.
What the orders list is good for
The list makes three jobs easier:
- Finding a pending payment. Tap the row with the Awaiting payment badge and complete the payment.
- Producing an accounting record. Each order's page carries a printable summary; the record of amounts and the tax rate sits there.
- Verifying history. You can read back which plan you used in which period, how much discount you received and which agreement version you accepted, from the order page.
💡 Tip: When you are chasing a specific payment, go by the order number rather than the amount. The number matches the record at the payment provider and the "order placed" email you received, and it is the fastest identifier when you write to our Support team.
Reconciling the list with your bank statement
Two dates get confused at month end. The Date in the list is when the order was created; the date on your bank statement is when the payment was taken. The gap can be several days: a renewal order is opened about a week before the period ends, but the charge is made once the period ends.
Reconcile it like this and the numbers add up:
- Find the row with the Paid badge in the list and tap its number.
- Read the Paid on row on the order page; that is the date that should match your statement.
- Compare the amount and currency on the Total row.
- If there is a difference, look at the List price, Discount and Unused time credit rows; that is usually where it comes from.
If you see a charge at your bank with no matching row in the list, make sure the payment was made from the right user account. If one business has two separate user accounts, orders are listed separately and each user sees only their own list.
Seeing two Paid orders on the same day is possible too: upgrading your plan and buying a credit pack on the same day produces two separate orders and two separate charges.
Limits
- The list has no filter, search or export. You open and print records order by order.
- Renewal orders cannot be cancelled from the list. The cancel button appears only on non-renewal pending orders, on the order's own page.
- Order records are never deleted. A cancelled or expired order does not leave the list; only its status changes.
- No invoice document is held in the list. The invoice's information is on the order's own page.
- An order keeps the billing details you had when it was created. Changing your details later does not affect old orders.
If an order you expect is missing from the list, make sure you are signed in with the right user account; if the problem persists, contact our Support team.
