You have picked a plan and you are ready to buy. {{brand.name}} does this in three stops: you prepare the order, you complete the payment, the plan goes live. This guide covers all three stops and every field in between.
⚠️ You have to fill in the Billing details tab before buying. Invoices and agreements are prepared with those details, so if they are missing the checkout screen says "Enter your billing details before purchasing." and shows only an Enter billing details button. What each field expects is covered in .
Tap the button on the card of the plan you want: Buy, Upgrade, Switch to yearly, Renew early or Renew.
The checkout screen opens. The title reads Checkout and the line under it "Review your details, accept the agreements and choose a payment method."
If the button on the card says Switch at period end, no checkout screen opens: that is a downgrade and it needs no payment. See Upgrading and downgrading your plan.
The blocks on the checkout screen
The screen has two columns: details on the left, the order summary on the right. On a phone they stack.
Currency. If you can pay in more than one currency, a selection strip appears at the top. The currency you pick decides both the price and the available payment methods. On a renewal or an upgrade the strip is not drawn: those are made in your subscription's currency, because the value of your unused time was calculated in it.
Billing details. Your name, billing email, address and (if any) tax number are listed as a summary. The Edit link below takes you to the billing details form, and saving brings you straight back here.
What happens next? States in plain sentences what the confirmed payment will do. The line you see depends on the type of purchase:
New purchase: "Your plan starts when the payment is confirmed; the period runs until {date}."
Upgrade: "Your new plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed; the unused {amount} of your current period was deducted."
Renewal: "The new period starts when your current period ends ({date}); you do not lose a single day."
In a trial, one more line: "Your remaining N trial days were added to the first period."
Order summary. The box in the right column carries the plan name, its period and the amount rows: Plan price, Discount (CODE) if any, Unused time credit if any, VAT (N%) and Total. Under the discount row it states how long the discount lasts ("first payment only", "first N periods" or "for as long as you subscribe").
Discount code. Type a code into the CODE box under the summary and press Apply to recalculate the total. The details are in Using a discount code.
Payment method. The options are listed according to the country in your billing address and the currency you selected. Under each option is a line on how renewal will work; which one to pick is covered in Choosing and changing your payment method.
The agreement consents
Below the payment method sit the consent boxes.
I want the service to start immediately and understand that my right of withdrawal ends once it starts. This box is required. Leave it unticked and no order is created.
Then comes the list of agreements. Each row holds the document's name, a Required or optional mark, a Read link that opens the text in a window, and an I have read and accept box.
The document opens filled in for your order: your name, the plan you chose and that order's amount appear inside it. While a required box is unticked, the Place order button does nothing and the screen says "Accept the required agreements to continue to payment."
The button at the bottom carries the amount too: Place order · {total}. Tap it and the order is created, a number is assigned and you move to the payment step.
⚠️ Note: The moment the order is created you receive an "order placed" email with copies of the agreements attached. Every document you accepted is kept with the exact text of that order on the order page, so you can read it later with View.
The payment step
As soon as the order exists you go to the payment step. Depending on the method you chose, one of three things happens: you are redirected to the provider's payment page, a payment form is embedded in the page, or you see a form sent with a single button. The screen title reads Redirecting you to the payment page; if the redirect does not happen, you tap the button below it.
Once you complete the payment you come back to the order page, with a result box at the top:
Payment received. Thank you! — the payment was confirmed.
Your payment is being processed; it will show here once confirmed. — the provider's confirmation is pending; refresh the page in a few minutes.
The payment could not be completed. — you can try again or choose another method.
The payment was not completed. — you left the payment page; the order is still there and you can pay whenever you want.
Abandoning a payment does not delete the order. It stays in Awaiting payment and appears as a notice box at the top of the Plan tab. An order has a last payment day; after that day it reads "This order has expired." and you have to create a new one.
What happens when the payment is confirmed
The moment the payment is confirmed, all of this happens automatically:
The subscription moves to the new plan. The period is calculated from the moment of payment. Pay the order a day later and the period starts that day — you lose no time.
Your quotas open immediately. The new plan's account, team, contact, automation, media storage and AI credit limits apply that same second. You do not need to sign in again.
Locked features unlock. The steps, triggers, conditions and actions the new plan covers become usable. Runs that had stopped because a step was out of scope proceed normally in new runs.
Earlier pending orders are cancelled. An order opened at an old price is dropped so it cannot be paid later and pull your plan backwards.
The order becomes "Paid". A Paid on row is added to the order page and a "payment received" email is sent to you.
Renewal is set up. If you chose a method that stores your card, the next period is charged to it; if you chose one that sets up the provider's subscription product, the provider runs the renewal; with the other methods you get a payment link each period.
If you bought an AI credit pack, the plan does not change; only the credits are added to your balance.
Common mistakes
Skipping the billing details. With details missing the screen will not open an order. The country field also decides the tax rate and which agreements are asked for.
Trying to change the currency afterwards. The currency is fixed when the order is created. To pay in another currency, cancel the order and create it again.
Reading "your payment is being processed" as an error. It is a positive message; provider confirmation can take a few minutes.
Trying to pay an expired order. An expired order cannot be paid; create a new one.
Treating a required consent as optional. Every document marked Required must be accepted before the button works.
