"Which agreement did I accept, and when?" usually comes to mind only when something goes wrong. My user settings › My agreements keeps the version, the date and the context of every document you accepted, and it is also where you give or withdraw your marketing consent. This guide covers both sections.
💡 This screen belongs to your user account and needs no permission. It opens even if you have no portfolio. Records cannot be deleted: withdrawing a consent does not erase the past entry, it adds a new one.
It does two jobs:
The screen has two collapsible sections: Commercial electronic messages and Consent history.
The first section. Its description: "Consent to receive campaign and product announcements by e-mail and SMS. You can change it at any time."
The section holds a badge and a button:
Press the button and the state changes at once, with a notice: "Your marketing consent has been saved." or "Your marketing consent has been withdrawn."
This consent binds marketing messages only. Even without it, e-mails about how the service runs keep arriving: password resets, sign-in verification codes, team invitations, order and payment notifications, connection-dropped alerts. Those are not commercial messages; they are necessary for using the service.
⚠️ Withdrawing consent does not erase history. Both your earlier consent and the withdrawal stay as separate rows in the consent history table. That is what a legal record requires.
The second section, a four-column table.
The name of the document you accepted. Underneath, in small type, two pieces of information: the version number and the context.
The version matters: agreements are updated over time, and which text you accepted is identified by its version. When an agreement is updated, the panel has you accept the new version and adds a new row to the table; the old row is not deleted.
The context says where you gave the consent. There are eight contexts:
Reading this column answers "when did I accept this?": while signing up, while buying, or on an update screen.
One of four values, as a coloured badge:
The date and time of the action, formatted in your interface's time zone.
A link to the document sits at the end of each row, in one of two forms:
The second case matters: documents such as the distance sales contract you accept during checkout are not generic text; they carry your order's details. That is why the panel sends you to the order's page rather than the generic document.
The table paginates; move through it with the Previous / Next buttons underneath. There is no filter or search.
With no records it reads "No entries yet."
When a document is updated and the new version requires your acceptance, an acceptance screen appears when you enter the panel. You cannot move on to other screens without accepting.
Once you accept, a new row is added with the context Update acceptance. The old version's row stays in place, so you can trace which text was in force on which date.
A business owner signs up in March, buys a plan in April, sees the terms of use updated in June, and decides in September to opt out of marketing e-mails. Their table looks like this (newest first):
September's withdrawal doesn't erase March's acceptance; it is added as a new row.
Assuming withdrawing consent stops all e-mails. Only marketing messages stop; service e-mails keep arriving.
Assuming a withdrawal erases the past entry. It doesn't; it adds a new one.
Assuming the View link opens today's text. It opens the version you accepted.
Looking for an order's document on the generic document page. Order agreements live on the order's page.
Trying to skip the update acceptance screen. You cannot continue into the panel without accepting.
To reach your orders see Plan and invoices, and for which records are kept if you close your user account see Deleting my user account.
