Interface language, theme, what the Enter key does and which account opens at login. Four settings that apply to you alone.

If you want the panel in dark mode, the interface in another language, or to land straight on the right account every morning, this is the place. My user settings › Preferences holds four settings with one thing in common: "These settings apply to you only." Your teammate looking at the same account sees their own preferences.
💡 This screen belongs to your user account. Even if you are an admin in one portfolio and an agent in another, your preferences are the same and apply everywhere.
What it is for
The four settings decide how the panel looks and behaves for you. None of them affects your customers, your team or your data; they are purely personal comfort settings.
The screen holds a single card with four fields.
How to reach the screen
- Click your user card at the bottom left.
- Pick Preferences from the menu.
Interface language
The list where you pick the language of the panel's menus, buttons, notices and these help texts. It shows the languages enabled on the platform, each in its own name ("Türkçe", "English").
⚠️ This setting does not change the messages sent to your customers. The language of customer-facing system text belongs to the account and is picked in the Default content language field on Account settings: General. The two are independent: you can use an English interface and write to customers in Turkish.
After changing the language press Save; the panel redraws in it.
Theme
The list where you pick the panel's colour scheme. Three options:
- System — follows your device's setting. If your phone switches to dark in the evening, so does the panel. This is the default.
- Light — always the light theme.
- Dark — always the dark theme.
System is right for most people: light by day, dark at night. But if your computer is on light and you want the panel dark, pick Dark; the panel then ignores your device.
The Enter key sends the message
A checkbox that decides how the inbox composer behaves.
- When on, Enter sends the message. Use Shift+Enter for a new line.
- When off, Enter starts a new line; the message goes out with the button or with .
