In {{brand.name}} the plan belongs to your user account, not to a portfolio: every portfolio you own uses the same plan. My user settings › Plan and invoices keeps your plan, your limits, your AI credit, your billing details and your orders in one place. This guide covers the four tabs and the decisions behind changing a plan.
💡 This screen belongs to you and needs no permission. Other people's portfolios you are a member of use their owners' plans and don't affect yours.
In this article you will find:
Four tabs sit under the title: Plan, Credits, Billing details and Orders.
The Credits tab only appears if AI is enabled on your plan. Otherwise it isn't drawn.
The tab that opens by default, with several sections.
Your current plan's name, billing interval (monthly or yearly) and dates. Depending on your situation you see these rows:
If a scheduled change exists, a separate row appears: "On … you will move to the … plan." A Cancel button next to it drops the scheduled change.
If a pending order exists, its number and amount are shown, with Pay and Cancel buttons beside it.
If you are only a team member in someone else's portfolio you have no subscription. The screen says so plainly: "You don't have your own plan yet. The portfolios you are a member of use their owners' plans. Your plan starts when you create your own portfolio; you can also buy one now."
In that case you see the free plan's entitlements and a New portfolio link is offered.
Lists what your plan grants. There are seven items and two different kinds:
Per-portfolio limits — applying separately in each of your portfolios:
Total limits — counting across all your portfolios:
Each row reads used / limit, or used / unlimited. Per-portfolio limits are shown with the plan's value; to see how much you have used in a particular portfolio, look at that portfolio's Usage screen.
The section summarising your credit state:
There is an important rule about renewal: "Credit renews every month (on yearly plans too); unused plan credit does not carry over." So even on a yearly plan your credit renews monthly, and what you don't use that month does not accumulate.
If you have your own key, the section also states the service fee situation: how many credits each reply deducts from your plan, or that it deducts none. See Using your own AI key.
Cards for the plans on sale. Each card shows the plan's name, its price and the tax situation (included or excluded). Yearly prices also show the monthly equivalent and the saving.
Each card's button changes with your situation:
Prices are shown in the currency that fits you: the currency of your running paid term, otherwise your language's regional currency, otherwise the platform's default.
If you buy during a trial, your remaining trial days are added to the first period; the screen says so in a note.
Three operations apply at different times, and mixing them up is common:
An upgrade happens immediately. Move to a higher plan and the new entitlements open straight away. If you are upgrading because you hit the team limit, you can invite as soon as the payment completes.
A downgrade happens at the end of the term. Your current plan runs to the end of the period and you move on that day. The panel states this with the date in the confirmation: "Your current plan runs until …; on that day you move to the … plan."
Renewing early extends the term. You pay for the next period now and the subscription's end date moves forward.
⚠️ When deciding on a downgrade, check your limits. If the new plan's account or team limit is lower than your current usage, on the switching day you won't be able to connect a new account or invite a new member. Existing ones aren't deleted, but the limit counts as full.
The Cancel subscription button closes your plan at the end of the term. When asking for confirmation the panel states the outcome with the date: "Your subscription will end on … and you will move to the free plan. Your data is not deleted. Are you sure?"
That last sentence matters: cancelling deletes nothing. Your portfolios, accounts, contacts and automations stay in place; only the paid plan's entitlements revert to the free plan's.
After cancelling, a notice sits on the screen: "Your subscription will end on … and you will move to the free plan." A Resume subscription button sits next to it; press it before the period ends and the subscription carries on as normal.
⚠️ Deleting a portfolio does not cancel the plan, and cancelling the plan does not delete a portfolio. They are separate operations. To stop paying you must cancel here; see Deleting a portfolio.
The tab where you manage your AI credit. It only appears if AI is enabled on your plan.
The Extra credit remaining row shows the extra credit you hold. Underneath, this month's usage and when your plan credit renews.
Below that, purchasable credit packs are listed as cards. Pick a pack and you go to the payment screen.
Extra credit has two characteristics:
Packs may not be shown. The reason is printed on the screen:
The tab where you enter the details used on your invoices and agreements. A single billing profile is kept and used on all your orders.
In the form you pick the taxpayer type (individual or company) and the fields change with your choice: name or trading name, e-mail, phone, tax office, tax number and address fields (country, region, locality, postcode, street address). With no record saved the country starts as Turkey and can be changed; the tax number field's format is illustrated for the country you pick.
If you came here from the checkout screen, saving returns you to the purchase.
Filling this in before your first order is a good idea: missing details during checkout will send you back.
Lists your orders and payments. The table has four columns: Order no, Date, Amount and Status. Click the order number to open its detail.
Under the number it says what was bought: a credit pack, or a subscription operation (New purchase, Renewal, Upgrade).
The order detail page holds the summary, the product, the service period, the list price, the payment date and the payment instructions. On an unpaid order there is a Pay now button and the date it can be paid by; the Cancel order button is there too.
Agreements you accepted within the order are on that page too, with the acceptance date and version. See My agreements.
The list paginates. With no orders it reads "No orders yet."
Taking the plan for a portfolio setting. The plan belongs to your user account; it isn't changed in portfolio settings.
Trying to stop payment by deleting a portfolio. Deleting a portfolio does not cancel the plan.
Assuming yearly plans give credit yearly. Credit renews every month and doesn't carry over.
Assuming a downgrade takes effect immediately. A downgrade applies at the end of the term; an upgrade applies at once.
Going to checkout without filling in billing details. Missing details send you back.
Assuming extra credit is used before plan credit. Plan credit is spent first.
Fearing that cancelling deletes data. It doesn't; the confirmation says so explicitly.
To see usage per portfolio see Usage, for your portfolio list and allowance see My portfolios, and for the documents you accepted see My agreements.
